What's Tattoo Projects? What did you do there?
Bending rules and building brands, Tattoo Projects is the leading Marketing & Branding Agency in the Carolinas. I was responsible for building out sales collateral, social media, case studies, and fun in-office things to showcase their capabilities— and to drive home that they are the go-to agency for any client, big or small.
Okay, what did you get out of it?
After working 2+ years here, I can confidently say that I fucking love advertising.

At the end of every year, Tattoo Projects assembles a thoughtful gift basket loaded with goodies and swag. Plus, a custom written and designed End Of Year Book. It's essentially a capabilities catalogue to remind current and potential clients of the awesome work they do.
No mockups needed.
I photographed the featured images in Tattoo Projects' production studio using three simple tools: My iPhone, a tripod, and a dream.

I worked alongside the social and creative team to create captivating content to promote Tattoo Projects' capabilities.
Being the personality hire is no easy feat.
Joking aside, in-between projects I like to summon some sort of camaraderie amongst my fellow coworkers. It comes in many forms like collaborative art pieces we display in the bathroom hallway or a paper bag fashion show.
This may seem bizarre or unnecessary, but it honestly encouraged everyone to bond and you could feel the impact of it in the quality of our work.

And what began as an inside joke now lives on as a framed gallery wall above the Chief Creative Officer's desk. Each frame reflects an aspect of Chad Brophy, born from stories or experiences employees had with him.
I've grown so much, not only as a creative, but as a human being that has the ability to connect with anyone. Each person brings something important to the team and these "Office Things" taught me that.
I'm so grateful for everyone at Tattoo Projects. They didn't tolerate my shenanigans— they've encouraged it.
